Within Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express: Need your Jim Jams sooner? Express Post is available at checkout and usually arrives in 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Orders are sent via Australia Post International.

There are no import duties on orders under NZD $1000.

Free shipping when you buy 2 or more sets

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
🌍 International (UK, Canada & beyond)

Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard or Express.

At this stage, In Jim Jams does not cover local VAT, customs, or import fees - these may be charged by your local postal service upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Jim Jams, but if they’re not quite right:

You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll happily exchange for another size or style, or talk to you about providing a refund to your original payment method.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless your item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
