At Jim Jams, we want you to love your PJs as much as we do — and that starts with getting them to you quickly and hassle-free.

Shipping

  • Within Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express: Need your Jim Jams sooner? Express Post is available at checkout and usually arrives in 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand

    • Orders are sent via Australia Post International.

    • There are no import duties on orders under NZD $1000.

    • Free shipping when you buy 2 or more sets

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

🌍 International (UK, Canada & beyond)

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard or Express.

  • At this stage, In Jim Jams does not cover local VAT, customs, or import fees - these may be charged by your local postal service upon delivery.

  • We recommend checking your country’s customs website for the latest thresholds and fees.

  • We’re working on adding an all-inclusive (DDP) option soon to make things even smoother.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Jim Jams, but if they’re not quite right:

  • You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll happily exchange for another size or style, or talk to you about providing a refund to your original payment method.

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless your item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.

Tip: To make sure your Jim Jams live a long and comfy life, check the care label inside each garment before washing.

About Us

In Jim Jams was born from a simple idea: that pyjamas should be just as joyful, expressive and full of personality as you are.

We believe colour makes everything brighter and if there’s at least one place you should feel free to express yourself, it’s in the comfort of your own home.

Designed in Sydney and made to be truly lived in, our pieces are for slow mornings, cosy nights, and all the little in-between moments. Whether you’re unwinding, working from bed, or dashing out for a morning matcha.

The idea started with me - Sophie, a Kiwi living in Sydney, known among my friends for my love of sleep, colour, patterns, and being in PJs as soon as the day’s done. When I couldn’t find sleepwear that felt like me, I decided to create it.

The name is also a little nod to my Grandad Jim - the O.G. Jim - who was rarely seen without his signature striped pyjamas.
